Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer Standard Shipping only.
- Flat rate: $10 Australia-wide
- Free shipping: on all orders over $50
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post or Aramex, depending on your location and the fastest option available.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 3–6 business days
- Regional & remote areas: up to 8–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods (like Christmas or public holidays).
Transit Time & Product Care
Our fermented foods are packed with care to travel safely at ambient temperature during transit. Typical delivery times are 3–6 business days for metro areas and up to 8–10 business days for regional or remote locations.
Once your order arrives, please unpack and refrigerate your products straight away to keep them fresh and delicious.
We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery so your goods aren’t left sitting in the sun for too long.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your parcel leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Product Care
Our products are fermented and perishable, so we take care to pack them safely. Please unpack and refrigerate your items as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If delivery is delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll do our best to assist, but re-delivery fees may apply.
