Hey! I’m Emma, I’m a professional chef with 30 years of experience cooking up incredible dishes around the globe. A few years back, I found myself craving something vibrant, healthy, and packed with flavour. The answer? Kimchi of course!

What started as a personal project soon became a passion. I made batches for myself, then for friends and family, and soon for their friends and family. Fast forward, and now we have YesYum, a brand celebrated in national food media as one of the top kimchi makers in the country. Our success stems from our dedication to traditional techniques. Using a slow, wild fermentation method, we craft kimchi that’s brimming with deep umami flavors and all the good, gut-friendly bacteria your body loves.
