Ingredients
For the Sandwich:
- 4 cod fillets (about 150 g each, skinless)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold beer
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup neutral oil (for frying)
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 4 tbsp YesYum Smoked Kimchi Mayo
Instructions
Step 1. Prep Your Cod
Pat cod dry, season with salt and pepper. Mix flour, salt, pepper, beer, then coat the cod fillets in batter.
Step 2. Fry to Golden Glory
Heat oil, fry cod 3–4 mins per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
