What is kimchi

It is seasoned with a variety of spices such as red chilli pepper, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce. It is a staple in Korean cuisine and can be eaten on its own or as a side dish with almost any meal. Kimchi mostly refers to the process of preserving rather than the set of ingredients.

Emma is a professional chef with over 30 years of experience creating bold, flavourful dishes worldwide. Her search for something vibrant and nourishing led her to kimchi. What began as a small kitchen experiment became a passion.
After sharing jars with friends and family, YesYum was born. Today, the brand is known across Australia for its small-batch, gut-loving kimchi made to make people feel good inside and out.
